Bilateral Masterlist

The Management Team have updated the Master List of Bilateral Projects. These projects are summarized in the attachments below. To ensure the information on projects being run by individual flagships, is identical to the information held by the Management Team, a system has been applied that we hope will enable us to have identical lists;
- Locked Master List - includes files of all the projects provided from the Flagship Planning Meetings. This cannot be edited except by the Management Unit.
- Editable Master List - Information on all the bilateral projects is listed. This file can be edited when required. Modifications can include, changes in end dates, pipeline projects being secured, budget adjustments etc. Please edit this spreadsheet, highlight the change, save the file and send it to [e.ndungu@cgiar.org].
- Bilateral Template – This template can be completed for new bilateral/W3 projects that have been approved and/or are now being aligned to the Livestock CRP. Please send to [e.ndungu@cgiar.org] and she will enter the information into the Master List.
In summary, there is a bilateral list of projects that can be edited, or a template that can be completed.
